Fitness

Goodness me, how quickly fitness levels decrease! I've just trotted to the village and back and, to my horror, found myself very slightly out of breath on the way back up the steep part of the hill. To be fair, there was a strong wind blowing into my face, but even so, it's worrying how quickly your fitness deteriorates if you don't do any exercise for a couple of days!

Note to self: start walking again, regardless of rain and wind.
