... I don't remember major surgery being as painful as a pulled back muscle? Maybe the mind plays tricks, but I'm sure I was able to get up and down stairs more easily when my abdomen was held together with surgical clips than I can at the moment, despite the ibuprofen and the hot water bottle strapped to my person!
Maybe we just moan more about relatively minor things?
Thought for the day? Worse things happen at sea, so stop grumbling and make the most of life!
