I did it! A whole week away from home, working hard. And I didn't fall over! I'm very tired now I'm back, but nothing like as tired as 12 months ago. Indeed, I felt well enough to put my washing into the washing machine and do a bit of gardening when I got home. Last year, the laundry would have stayed in my suitcase for a week before I'd managed to get the energy to do anything about it!
It's good to be home, but I'm really pleased I went away. That's my first really big test, and it everything seems to be ok.
