It's almost a week since that hospital visit and, finally, I've recovered from one of the least gentle examinations I have been subject to. I've also checked whose clinic I'm signed up to for my next visit, and that's all sorted out now. At least I don't have to go back till January.
Time to enjoy the sunshine.
