Since I got home from my short break, I seem to have been constantly busy. Exam times brings frantic bouts of activity, but I'm finding that I'm able not only to mark vast quantities of exam papers but also to do a lot of domestic chores and take part in social events without feeling tired! This is amazing - for the first time in more than 30 years, I feel alive!
Luckily, all this activity is diverting my attention from the fact that my next hospital visit occurs in just over three weeks' time...
