Backsliding

I have just noticed, to my shame, that my daily walk has gone into hibernation... I blame the prolonged rainy spell when it was just too horrible to walking (I hate that feeling of being wet and cold and a long way from a hot shower!) There is, however, no excuse for not having taken a walk over the last two or three days of warm, sunny weather. I must get out there today. It really is all too easy to slip back into sloth...
