I made it home in one piece. The journey seemed to take a very long time, and I was extremely tired on arrival But I succeeded in making the trip without becoming too exhausted, which was what I was worried about.
Today, I've spent a lot of time rushing around with a visitor. Despite yesterday's long drive, I was perfectly able to keep going without needing to take a rest in the middle of the day. A little stiffness in my legs is the only symptom I've had. I really feel very well indeed. If only that first check-up were over...
